Nikon D2XS. Studio in West Ashley and lot of light.

What days of the week, and times of day, are best for you to shoot?
Weekends, Saturdays, mid morning to evening. Sometimes Friday evening or Sunday.

What features/measurements are most important to you when choosing a model?
Models must be fit and toned. Clear skin is also a must. An offbeat look (non-classic beauty, or just an interesting face) is great.

What types of shots do you need to see in a model's portfolio to make a decision (e.g. full length, close-up without ...
full length in swimwear certainly helps, close-up without makeup.

What is your next pet project?
Doing some stuff!

Other than online, where do you find the best models?
Most of my models come from the college of Charleston..

What are your favorite and least favorite things about Model Locate?
fun... but... long hours, low pay.

How are the photos you shoot used?
In my artwork, which is then exhibited.

What is your formal education (if any) in photography, and how long have you been shooting?
I have a B.A. in art, and have been doing photography for 18 years. I've photographed at least 400 models.
