Corporate Terms of Service

1. Corporate members will be subject to different rules than non-corporate members.
2. Any item covered by the regular terms of service, but not covered by corporate terms, may still apply to corporate members, at the sole discretion of Model Locate. In general, where there is overlap or ambiguity, the stricter interpretation will apply to corporate members.
3. Higher standard: Corporate members will be held to a higher standard than non-corporate members. No unprofessional behavior will be tolerated. Is in incumbent on the corporate member to understand the definition of professional behavior.
4. Nude modeling: Nude modeling may only be advertised by corporate members under the strictest guidelines. These guidelines follow the main corporate terms of service.
5. Refunds: The general 30-day money-back guarantee will apply, however fees will be non-refundable if the corporate member violates terms of service, acts in bad faith, or circumstances exist that cause Model Locate to incur expenses directly related to the corporate member in question.
6. Background checks: Model Locate reserves the right to conduct a criminal background check on any principle contact or owner of the company. By signing up for a corporate account, the owners/operators of the account consent to information they provide being used to facilitate background checks of public records. In the event that a criminal background check reveals negative information, no refund will be issued.
7. Adult businesses prohibited: Any account associated with adult material (even common ownership, or partnership) will be removed, without a refund of any kind.
8. Payment: Any account that is delinquent in payment may be removed. Accounts may be reinstated, but if newer, higher membership rates are in effect, they will apply.
9. Amendments: Terms of service may be amended at any time. Amendments will be effective 14 days after they are posted. Although Model Locate will attempt to keep all members informed of changes, corporate members agree to check the terms of service frequently for amendments. Corporate members who do not agree to new terms may terminate their account and request a pro-rated refund.

Advertising nude modeling:

1. Nude modeling may only be advertised by corporate members under the strictest guidelines.
2. For this section, nude modeling means topless females, or full nude modeling. In short, anything that would not be allowed on broadcast TV or the cover of a mainstream magazine.
3. Only models who have designated comfort with nude modeling may be contacted for nude modeling. They may only be contacted via direct email.
4. No nude modeling assignments will be posted publicly on the site. Do not post nude assignments on your corporate information section, or in the forums.
5. Corporations whose primary business is nude modeling will be removed.
