Modeling Agency (Corporate) Accounts

If you are an agency, casting director, etc. do not sign up with a model or photographer account. It will be removed.

Our offerings

We do not currently offer accounts for agencies or other corporate entities. We will eventually have services for corporate clients once our membership is large enough to justify it. We will service the following types of organizations:

• Modeling Agents/Agencies
• Casting Agents/Agencies
• Talent Agents/Agencies
• Advertising Agencies
• Event Management Companies
• Publishing Companies

Acceptable Organization

We will accept organizations that conform to one of the following structures :

• S Corporation
• C Corporation
• Limited Liability Company

In order to protect our members from unstable or disreputable companies, we will require the following verifiable details:

• Corporate filings, and any required licenses in the state or province in which you are organized.
• Commercially zoned location (not residential) with regular business hours

We reserve the right to conduct a criminal background check on any principle contact or owner of the company.

We will accept a few test accounts at a reduced rate, after which there will be a standard fee for all corporate accounts. Different terms of service will apply to corporate accounts.

Terms of Service for Corporate Accounts

Not accepted

We will not create corporate accounts for the following:

• Individuals
• Sole Proprietorships
• Simple Partnerships
• Any organization without a tax ID number (TIN) distinct from the owner
• Any organization in business less than 1 year
• Any organization not organized within the U.S. or Canada
