All site users must agree to the following terms.

Failure to read and follow these can result in account termination!

1. Do not ask the models for money. The site is to hire models only.
2. Abide by Community Standardsand Site policies.
3. No Porn. Unsure? don't upload it. Don't solicit adult, erotic, or explicit work. Nudity isn't allowed in your main portfolio image. You must have at least one non-nude image designated as your main image.
4. Membership requirements:
   a. Models must be an individual (not a group) and use the site only to find modeling jobs.
   b. Photographers must be an individual (not a group) and use the site only to hire models (can be TFP). Photographers are not to use the site to promote other business interests.
5. If you are 13 to 17 you may only use the site with parental supervision.
6. Images of anyone under 13 are never allowed.
7. Members must never have been connected to any web site collecting money to view photos, phone sex, webcams, etc.
8. Location: USA and Canada only.
9. Subjects: Only modeling photos. No animals, landscapes, weddings, etc. Do not advertise anything other than compensated modeling work.
10. Safety: Members assume all risks and responsibilities of using this system and will take all prudent steps in verifying the authenticity of any offer transmitted by members of the system.
11. Upload your own work: photographers will not upload images they did not photograph. Models will not upload images in which they do not appear.
12. Violations: Unacceptable images/postings include: ads, hate speech, explicit images, obscene acts, anything illegal, associating children with sexuality, anything questionable with children, or anything else we deem sufficiently offensive to our general membership.
13. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any account for any misconduct (or any reason) without warning. A refund is not guaranteed if the subscriber did not demonstrate good faith adherence to terms of service. Staff decisions are final and will not be debated.
14. Disclaimer: Information we post is as accurate as possible. However, we will not be held liable for misleading, incomplete, ambiguous or incorrect information or repercussions thereof. Those who upload are responsible for their own uploads.
